Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms cover this website and our products. By using the site or subscribing to a product, you agree to them.
About these terms
These terms cover this website and our products. They are between you and Dreiton Labs, which is based in California, United States.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Dreiton Labs, and "you" means the person or business using this website or our products.
Our products
We make software products, starting with Gopher. Access to a product may be by invitation.
The plan you choose when you sign up, including its price and what it includes, forms part of this agreement.
Subscriptions, billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars (USD), by card through Stripe. They renew each month until you cancel.
We tell you before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply. If a payment is overdue, we may suspend your access until it is paid.
Your account and responsibilities
You agree to:
- keep your login secure
- review and approve the actions a product asks you to approve
- connect only files, accounts and data you have the right to use
- use our products lawfully
AI-specific terms
AI models can make mistakes. Our products are designed so that important actions need your approval, and you stay responsible for your decisions and for checking results.
Our products rely on third-party services, such as AI model providers, messaging apps, and email and file platforms. Those services have their own terms and availability, which we don't control.
Ownership
Your data and files stay yours. We own our products and the software behind them.
While your subscription is active, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product.
If you send us feedback, we may use it.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide the product to you.
Warranties
We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, our products and this website are provided "as is". We don't guarantee specific results or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These limits don't apply to fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or to amounts you owe us.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel anytime, as our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains. Your access continues to the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or end your access for non-payment or misuse.
Using this website
Please don't misuse this website: no attacks on it, no scraping that harms it and no unlawful use.
The content on this website is provided for information only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in California.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
If a change materially affects your subscription, we'll tell you by email before it applies.
